Epoxy and polymer-modified overlays can be applied in layers as thin as a credit card or up to several inches thick without delamination or failure. They adhere well to existing concrete and resist damage from salt, chemicals, UV exposure, freeze-thaw conditions, and abrasion.
While most types of epoxy and polymer-modified overlays offer similar performance benefits, each system has its own unique characteristics. Overlay manufacturers use different types of polymer resins, often blending them to produce proprietary products with distinct physical attributes. Many of today's decorative overlays use acrylics or acrylic blends because these resins provide excellent bond strength and UV resistance.

Fast Around Corners and Straightaways a polymer precast floor to wall cove system is used for commercial, retail, institutional, residential and industrial applications. The cove is bonded to the wall and floor surfaces, and overlaid with selected floor polymer or cementitious products. Its seamless design stops water, chemicals, insects, bacteria, debris, dirt and floor cleaning solutions from puddling or seeping into the floor-to-wall juncture. It's decorative and industrial tough.
The cove system is a precast polymer base moldings specifically designed to create a seamless water and chemical proof connection between the floor and the wall. The cove is available in both 4 & 6-inch (100 and 150 mm) heights, with matching pre-formed inside and outside corners.
Once in place the cove forms a monolithic bond with polymer and cementitious floor products and provides a consistent seamless floor to wall transition, creating a consistent look and an easy to maintain sanitary floor.
